The Dartmoor Tourist Association is the official tourism and trade organization for Dartmoor, a representative for local people, local business and a champion of Dartmoor as a tourist destination.
It aims to ensure that Dartmoor thrives in any economy. It is a special place to live, work and holiday, a destination that offers something for everyone; through tourism and trade, and the DTP wants to ensure that it stays that way.
Cyclists and cycling fans will be heading for Dartmoor in this month to watch Olympic Gold Medalist and Tour de France winner Bradley Wiggins and World Champion Mark Cavendish take part in the penultimate stage of the Tour of Britain on 15 September.
