Unique opportunity to see Yeovil World Champion and twice British Champion fight in home town

Westland’s Entertainment Arena is providing an exciting venue for what promises to be a thrilling evening on Saturday, 16 September when for the first time West Country kick boxing fans will have the opportunity to see Yeovil’s Martial Arts World Champion, Adam Ridout, fight on his home turf at a premier venue.

24 year old Adam, who was trained by Sensei Kire Antoski, owner and chief instructor at Panthers Martial Arts, took the World Fightsport and Martial Arts (WFMC) World K1 title - 80kg in 2016 and he also holds two British championships.

Billed as The Kumite Fight Night and presented by Panthers Martial Arts Academy, the event includes a full card of 14 fights ranging from children to adults and including full contact kick boxing (adults) and light contact kickboxing (children).

Sensei Kire Antoski, former British champion and black belt master of four disciplines of martial arts commented, “This is going to be an amazing opportunity to see a world class fighter competing in his home town and I am very excited to be staging The Kumite Fight Night at Westland’s fantastic Entertainment Centre. There are 600 tickets available and I can promise the atmosphere on the night will be electric.”

Fighters will be travelling from across the UK to take part. Early bird tickets are available for £26.50 up to 31 August or can be purchased on the night at £35.
